Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of fireproof flame-retardant coatings. An antibacterial fireproof coating based on a sulfanilamide-silver chemical compound and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the antibacterial fireproof coating based on the sulfanilamide-silver chemical compound comprises the following steps: Taking 30-40 parts sunflower oil, 10-20 parts glycerol, 40-50 parts turpentine, 1-2 parts catalyst, 2-4 parts ultraviolet absorbent, 1-2 parts anti-skinning agent, 2-6 parts sulfanilamide-silver chemical compound and 10-20 parts flame-retardant auxiliary mixture, then adding 80-110 parts toluene diisocyanate, obtaining an antibacterial fireproof coating of the sulfanilamide-silver chemical compound. The antibacterial performance of the coating is enhanced, the heat resistance of the coating is improved, and the flame retardance of the coating is improved.
