Provided is an anti-vibration device capable of sufficiently ensuring durability even when a load inputted in one direction and a load inputted in the opposite direction are significantly different.　In this anti-vibration device 10, a main rubber elastic body 16 is conical in form and is provided with a recess 34 that is open in the lower surface, a center axis 22 of an inner member 12 is disposed eccentric in a direction perpendicular to a center axis 32 of an outer cylinder member 14, the free length of the main rubber elastic body 16 connecting the inner member 12 and the outer cylinder member 14 on one side in the eccentric direction and the free length of the main rubber elastic body 16 connecting the inner member 12 and the outer cylinder member 14 on the other side in the eccentric direction are designed to be different from each other, the lower end of the inner member 12 is not exposed in the recess 34, and continuous rubber 40 that covers the lower end of the inner member 12 and causes the main rubber elastic body 16 on one side in the eccentric direction to be continuous with the main rubber elastic body 16 on the other side in the eccentric direction is formed integrally with the main rubber elastic body 16.
