Abstract:
A fastening connection structure, comprising a fastening connection assembly, a parent component (1), and an attachment component (2); the fastening connection component comprises a screw anti-rotation sleeve (4) and a screw (3); a first anti-rotation part (9) is disposed on the hole wall of a first anti-rotation through-hole (7) on the anti-rotation sleeve (4); a first embedded tooth (10) is disposed on the end face or outer periphery of one end of the anti-rotation sleeve (4); a second anti-rotation part (16) is disposed on the outer periphery of an anti-rotation stopping part (12) of the screw (3); the hardness of the attachment component (2) is less than the hardness of the first embedded tooth (10) on the screw anti-rotation part (4); the screw anti-rotation sleeve (4) is installed outside the anti-rotation stopping part (12), the first embedded tooth (10) being embedded in the attachment part (2); the first anti-rotation part (9) and the second anti-rotation part (16) fit to constrain the rotation of the screw (3) relative to the screw anti-rotation sleeve (4), and the first embedded tooth (10) embedded in the attachment part (2) constrains the rotation of the screw anti-rotation sleeve (4) relative to the attachment component (2); the screw (3) and the screw anti-rotation sleeve (4), the attachment component (2), and the parent component (1) are non-rotatably installed together; the advantage is that the screw (3) is constrained by the anti-rotation sleeve (4) and cannot rotate, so that the threaded connection will not become loose as a result of the reverse rotation of the screw (3), and the screw (3) is kept in the locking position initially required.
