Abstract:
Disclosed is an anti-loosening nut-gasket assembly, comprising a nut (1) and a gasket (2), wherein contact surfaces of the nut (1) and the gasket (2) are both provided with wedge blocks, and lower end surfaces of the wedge blocks of the nut (1) and upper end surfaces of the wedge blocks of the gasket (2) are arranged opposite each other and are all inclined surfaces. When the nut (1) and the gasket (2) rotate relative to each other, the lower end surfaces of the wedge blocks of the nut (1) and the upper end surfaces of the wedge blocks of the gasket (2) slide relative to each other and are then in staggered pressed contact, such that the height of the assembly of the nut (1) and the gasket (2) changes. The height of at least part of the wedge blocks of the nut (1) is sequentially reduced in a rotation direction of where the nut (1) is screwed, and thus the gasket can slide relative to the nut when the gasket rotates in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of where the nut is screwed. The gasket, when rotating reversely, has a small component force for pushing the nut loose, thus reducing the possibility of a fastener loosening, and obtaining a longer anti-loosening service life.
