An anti-loosening and anti-disengagement bolt and nut assembly, an anti-loosening and disengagement bolt and an anti-loosening and disengagement nut thereof, the assembly mainly comprising the anti-loosening and disengagement bolt and the anti-loosening and disengagement nut, wherein the anti-loosening and disengagement bolt comprises a bolt head (11) and a screw rod (13); an end portion of the screw rod is provided with a groove (14) and an expansion cutting groove (15), the groove being internally provided with an internal thread (16), and a screw (2) being screwed into the groove by means of the internal thread so as to cooperate with the screw rod; the anti-loosening and disengagement nut comprises a first nut (41) and a second nut (44), the first nut being provided thereon with a boss (43), and the boss being provided thereon with a tightening cutting groove (42); the second nut is provided thereon with a second groove (45) that is mounted in cooperation with the boss on the first nut. The anti-loosening and anti-disengagement bolt and nut assembly has simple a manufacturing process and low production costs, is easy to operate, and may effectively prevent shocks and prevent loosening
