Abstract:
An anti-loosening bolt for tooth difference adjustment, comprising a bolt (1) and an anti-rotation structure provided at least at one end of the bolt. The anti-rotation structure comprises a base (2), an adjuster (3), a sliding sleeve (8), a snap spring (9), and a head (10) that are sequentially sleeved on the bolt. A plurality of first adjustment structures (4) are provided on the base, a plurality of second adjustment structures (5) are provided on the adjuster, and the first adjustment structures and the second adjustment structures are correspondingly meshed one to one. The adjuster is provided with a plurality of third adjustment structures (6), the sliding sleeve is provided with a plurality of fourth adjustment structures (7), and the third adjustment structures and the fourth adjustment structures are correspondingly meshed one to one. The number of the first adjustment structures and second adjustment structures is different from the number of the third adjustment structures and fourth adjustment structures. The bolt can be locked in real time by adjusting adjustment structures, and in a long-term usage environment, loosening of the anti-loosening bolt for tooth difference adjustment will not occur.
