Abstract:
The present invention provides an anti-loosening bolt assembly having a set elastic tongue rigidity for control and disassembly. The anti-loosening bolt assembly comprises a nut (11), a bolt (21) and a stop washer (31) which are matched together. The nut (11) is provided with a large ratchet structure (1102); the bolt (21) is provided with an axial groove (2102); the stop washer (31) is provided with an arc-shaped elastic tongue (3101) matched with the large ratchet structure (1102) and a horizontal protrusion (3102) matched with the axial groove (2102); and the rigidity of the arc-shaped elastic tongue (3101) is set according to an anti-loosening requirement. The set rigidity is greater than a vibration force that causes loosening, and the nut (11) cannot loosen due to vibration; only when an unscrewing torque is greater than the set rigidity may the nut (11) be unscrewed and disassembled. In the present invention, precise anti-loosening is achieved according to actual need, the problem of a bolt assembly loosening may be prevented and controlled, the structure is simple, the performance is reliable, manufacturing costs are low, use is convenient, and all components may be repeatedly used.
