Abstract:
Disclosed is an anti-jamming yarn tension adjusting device, comprising: a warp let-off device (7) used for adjusting the conveying speed of yarns; a control system used for controlling the warp let-off device and processing a displacement or position signal; at least one tension rod (3); at least one group of tension monitoring devices (4) used for monitoring the tension of the yarns, the tension monitoring devices (4) being used for collecting the displacement or position signal of the tension rod (3) in real time and feeding back the displacement or position signal to the control system for processing. The yarn tension adjusting device achieves releasing and storing of yarns by means of up-down movement of the tension rod, thereby solving the problem that when the tension is fluctuated, the let-off speed is not adjusted in time, and thus the yarns are excessively tight or loose, and achieving fast and exact regulation and control of the yarn tension of a warp knitting machine.
