Abstract:
An anti-icing and de-icing device fixedly mounted between different potential components of an overhead line or an overhead contact system of an electric railway. The anti-icing and de-icing device comprises a cylindrical cam mechanism (105) and an insulating component (106) which are connected in series, wherein the cylindrical cam mechanism (105) comprises a base (200), an electric motor (11), a speed reduction mechanism, a cylindrical cam (204), an abutting member (201) and a telescopic portion (1); and a contact face of the cylindrical cam fitting with the abutting member is provided with a section step. When the abutting member passes over the section step of the contact face of the cylindrical cam, the telescopic portion undergoes sudden displacement, so that the tension and/or gravitational potential energy between different potential components can be instantaneously released to make an overhead line or an overhead contact system of an electric railway vibrate so as to shake off ice, thereby achieving the aim of anti-icing and de-icing.
