Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an anti-freezing apparatus for an outdoor conveying rubber belt in an alpine region. The anti-freezing apparatus comprises: a storage module; a filtering module, wherein the filtering module is movably connected to the storage module, and the filtering module comprises a filtering assembly, a connecting assembly and a transmission assembly, the filtering assembly being movably connected to the connecting assembly and the transmission assembly, respectively; and a cleaning module. In the present invention, chemical liquid is filtered by means of the filtering module, the filtered chemical liquid is connected to a high-pressure nozzle by means of a high-pressure pump to clean the surface of a coal conveying belt, the filtered chemical liquid is safer to use, impurities in the chemical liquid are prevented from blocking the nozzle, a filter element is regularly backflushed by means of a backflush module, the filtered impurities are discharged, the transmission assembly is driven to start by means of an impact force of a water flow in the backflush module, and, by means of a chain reaction, the cleaning module rotates, and the surface of the filter element is hung, swept and cleaned, such that the cleaning efficiency of the filter element is higher.
