Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to 5th generation (5G) or pre-5G communication systems for supporting a higher data transfer rate beyond 4th generation (4G) communication systems such as long term evolution (LTE). Provided according to various embodiments is a module in a wireless communication system. The module may comprise: a plurality of antenna elements; an antenna substrate which is coupled to the plurality of antenna elements; a metal plate which is coupled to the antenna substrate; a calibration substrate which is coupled at a first surface thereof to a RF component; and a conductive adhesive material for electrical connection between the metal plate and the calibration substrate, wherein the conductive adhesive material is coupled to the calibration substrate at a second surface different from the fist surface of the calibration substrate, and the conductive adhesive material includes an air gap formed along a signal line included in the calibration substrate.
