Abstract:
The present invention comprises a dielectric substrate (130), a radiation element (121) disposed in the dielectric substrate (130), ground electrodes (GND1, GND2) disposed opposite to the radiation element (121), and a resonance circuit (150). The resonance circuit (150) is disposed between the radiation element (121) and the ground electrode (GND1) and includes resonators (151-154). A filter device is composed of the radiation element (121) and the resonance circuit (150). The resonance circuit (150) includes an input line (155) which receives a high frequency signal from an RFIC (110), a resonance unit (51) which is coupled to the input line (155), and a resonance unit (52) coupled to the input line (155) and the radiation element (121). The ground electrode (GND2) is disposed between the radiation element (121) and the input line (155). The resonance unit (51) functions as an extracted pole unit (EPU). The input line (155) is disposed between the resonance unit (51) and the resonance unit (52).
