Abstract:
The invention relates to an annular member (1) intended to form a part of a bearing unit, the annular member (1) comprising a first portion (2) which radially externally forms a race (3) for receiving at least one row of balls and radially internally is provided with teeth and forms a gear rim (5). The first portion (2) is provided with a through-hole (6) in the radial direction through the gear rim, which hole has a sufficiently great cross section to allow introduction of the balls radially from inside into the race (3).
