Abstract:
An animal tissue culture processing apparatus, comprising a horizontal substrate (1), a drive motor (2) being mounted at a lower surface of the substrate (1), a main shaft (3) being fixedly mounted at an output end of the drive motor (2), a support cylinder (4) being fixedly mounted at an upper surface of the substrate (1), and a processing cylinder (5) being fixedly mounted at a top portion of the support cylinder (4); an outer wall of the main shaft (3) is sleeved with a sleeve shaft (6), and a bearing ring is fixedly mounted on the main shaft (3); an outer wall of the sleeve shaft (6) is fixedly sleeved with a grinding ring (7), a plurality of square sleeves (8) are mounted on the outer wall of the main shaft (3), and a grinding mechanism (9) is mounted on each square sleeve (8). When animal tissue is crushed and processed, a grinding strip (903) and the grinding ring (7) perform bidirectional grinding on the animal tissue in the horizontal and vertical directions; in addition, a first cutting blade (18) and a second cutting blade (21) cut the animal tissue in the horizontal and vertical directions, thereby improving the crushing effect on the fasciae and muscle fibers in the animal tissue.
