Abstract:

Disclosed in the present invention is an angular contact self-aligning roller bearing, comprising rollers, an inner ring, a cage, and an outer ring. An outer raceway is an inner spherical surface, and the center of the sphere of the inner spherical surface is on the axis of the outer ring and deviates from the center point of the outer ring; the rollers are in a single row, and a side surface of each roller is a convex curved surface, which is formed with a first circular arc as the generatrix and the axis of the roller as the axis of rotation; an inner raceway is a concave curved surface, which is formed with a second circular arc as the generatrix and the axis of the inner ring as the axis of rotation; where the nominal contact angle of the outer raceway is α, and the nominal contact angle of the inner raceway is β, 0° <α < 45°, and 0° <β < 45°; and where the radius of the inner spherical surface is SR, the radius of the first circular arc is R1, and the radius of the second circular arc is R2, 0.97SR ≤ R1 < SR, and 0.97R2 ≤ R1 < R2. The angular contact self-aligning roller bearing of the present invention can bear separate loads and combined loads in both an axial direction and a radial direction, and can also adapt to the misalignment of a bearing mounting hole and a shaft.
