Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a material which has an excellent ammonia metabolism improving effect and is effective for endurance improvement, fatigue resistance, etc. This ammonia metabolism promoter has catechins and ornithine as active ingredients. This endurance improving agent has catechins and ornithine as active ingredients. This anti-fatigue agent has catechins and ornithine as active ingredients. This agent for suppressing reduction in blood sugar levels during exercise has catechins and ornithine as active ingredients. This agent for promoting the recovery from reduced blood sugar levels due to exercise has catechins and ornithine as active ingredients. This agent for suppressing the reduction of muscle glycogen due to exercise has catechins and ornithine as active ingredients. This muscle endurance improving agent has catechins and ornithine as active ingredients. This agent for preventing or improving hyperammonemia, hepatic encephalopathy, and chronic fatigue syndrome has catechins and ornithine as active ingredients.
