Abstract:
Provided is an alumina composite that has excellent thermal shock resistance and can be used in a heat treatment jig to enable repeated use. The present invention is an alumina composite that is a composite of an alumina inorganic material and alumina fibers. The bulk density of the alumina composite is at least 1.2 g/cm3 but no more than 2.3 g/cm3.
