Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an alloy composition that has a sufficient melting point with respect to casting of an aluminum alloy, and that has a high level of hardness and can suppress the occurrence of galling. The alloy composition of the present invention is provided with: an Mo-Cr-based dendritic structure 3, and an Ni-Al-based dendritic structure 5 that fills in the periphery of the Mo-Cr-based dendritic structure 3. In the alloy composition of the present invention, when Mo + Cr + Ni + Al = 100 at.%, a chemical composition I in which Ni + Al = 15-50 at.% and Mo + Cr = 50-85 at.%, or a chemical composition II in which Ni + Al = 40-70 at.% and Mo + Cr = 30-60 at.%, can be adopted.
