Abstract:
Provided is an air spring, comprising an upper cover (1), an air bag (2), a first rubber stack (3) and a second rubber stack (5), wherein the air bag (2) is arranged between the upper cover (1) and the first rubber stack (3), the first rubber stack (3) is configured to be hollow so as to form a cavity, the cavity of the first rubber stack (3) penetrates the top of the first rubber stack (3) in a vertical direction, the top of the first rubber stack (3) is connected to a first supporting member (4), and the top of the first supporting member (4) corresponds to the upper cover (1), so as to come into contact with the upper cover (1) when the air bag (2) contains no air; and the second rubber stack (5) is fixedly sleeved inside the cavity of the first rubber stack (3), the top of the second rubber stack (5) is connected to a second supporting member (6), the top of the second supporting member (6) corresponds to the upper cover (1) so as to come into contact with the upper cover (1) when the air bag (2) contains no air, and when the air bag (2) contains air, there is a height difference Δh between the top of the second supporting member (6) and the top of the first supporting member (4), where Δh is not equal to 0. The air spring can ensure the riding comfort of a vehicle under a low load condition, and also effectively prevents other parts from being damaged due to the vehicle body sinking under a heavy load condition.
