In the present invention, an air conditioning control unit acquires vehicle internal environment information, vehicle external environment information, and flight information via steps S101-S103 of an air conditioning control process. The air conditioning control unit determines, via a window fogging determination process of step S104, whether or not a window fogging condition is satisfied. The air conditioning control unit uses the vehicle internal environment information, the vehicle external environment information, and the flight information for the determination of whether or not the window fogging condition is satisfied. When the window fogging condition is not satisfied, the air conditioning control unit performs an internal air mode process in step S107. In the internal air mode process, the operation mode of the air conditioning system is set to an internal air mode. When the window fogging condition is satisfied, the air conditioning control unit performs an external air mode process in step S108. In the external air mode process, the operation mode of the air conditioning system is set to an external air mode. In the external air mode, external air that is taken in is introduced into the vehicle cabin for external air introduction.
