An agricultural soil plowing and repair device used for agricultural soil plowing and repair, comprising: a plowing main body (1), wherein the plowing main body (1) comprises: a supporting part (11); a soil plowing mechanism (3) arranged on the supporting part (11), wherein the soil plowing mechanism (3) is used for the rotary tillage and breaking-up of soil; a plowing mechanism adjustment assembly (2) arranged on the supporting part (11) and connected to the soil plowing mechanism (3), and used for adjusting the position of the soil plowing mechanism (3); and a soil repair mechanism, arranged on the supporting part (11) and used for soil repair.
