Abstract:
The present invention relates to an agricultural product washing apparatus and, specifically, to an agricultural product washing apparatus using ozone water. The agricultural product washing apparatus using ozone water according to the present invention comprises: a first supply means for supplying raw water; a second supply means for supplying air; an ozone generation means that receives the air from the second supply means and generates ozone gas; a mixing means that includes therein a means for generating a vortex, uses the vortex to dissolve the raw water and the ozone gas supplied to a main body, thereby generating ozone water; a spraying means that receives the generated ozone water in a housing and sprays the ozone water onto agricultural products; and a gas discharge means for discharging ozone gas that is not dissolved in the raw water. A return flow water pump is provided on the bottom surface of the housing, and the agricultural products are sprayed with water from the top and bottom of the housing. Accordingly, the present invention has the effects that ozone gas is dissolved in raw water to produce relatively low-concentration ozone water, and ozone gas not dissolved in the raw water can be discharged.
