An agricultural machinery gear modification machining process, comprising the following steps: machining a workblank to obtain a first-order gear; photographing and recording shape data A of the first-order gear; performing heat treatment on the first-order gear to obtain a second-order gear; calculating a deformation deviation coefficient H and a deformation deviation value C by means of a weighted average comparison method; according to A, arranging a plurality of sampling points at a tooth profile position of the first-order gear, and offsetting all the sampling points in an involute normal direction of corresponding positions of the sampling points, an offset data set being D, data of the corresponding sampling points in D and C being added to obtain an offset data set E of the second-order gear; sequentially constructing a modification curve, a modified curved surface, and a modified three-dimensional model for E; and inputting the modified three-dimensional model of the second-order gear into a numerical control machine tool, and obtaining a finished agricultural machinery gear by means of machining. According to the process, the running noise of the gear can be reduced, and the process also has the advantages of small gear abrasion and high production efficiency.
