Abstract:
Disclosed is an adsorption column for preparing electronic-grade trifluoromethane, comprising a column body and, arranged on one side of the column body, a gas feeding pipe used for gas feeding and a gas conveying pipe used for gas conveying. A cover and a connecting part are arranged on the gas feeding pipe, a second flange plate is fixedly connected to one end of the connecting part, a mounting part is fixedly sleeved on one side of the gas conveying pipe, one end of the mounting part is fixedly connected to a first flange plate matched with the second flange plate, a sealing mechanism is arranged between the gas conveying pipe and the gas feeding pipe, the gas conveying pipe and the gas feeding pipe are connected to each other by means of the sealing mechanism, and a water sealing assembly is arranged on the gas conveying pipe. According to the present invention, when the gas conveying pipe is connected to the gas feeding pipe by means of cooperative use of the first flange plate, the second flange plate, and the connecting part, a cavity A is formed between connection positions of said parts and the inner wall of a box body, and by injecting water into the cavity A, a water sealing effect is achieved at the connection positions of the gas conveying pipe, the gas feeding pipe, the first flange plate, and the second flange plate, so that the sealing performance at the connection positions of the gas conveying pipe and the gas feeding pipe is further improved.
