Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a resin structure (2) having a net-like compartment wall (4) that form numerous movable regions (3); and at least one adsorbent material (1) encapsulated in the movable regions (3) of the resin structure (2), wherein the adsorbent material (1) not fixed to the resin structure (2) of an adsorbent material aggregate (10) in which the adsorbent material (1) formed of a granular, powdery, or fibrous material is housed in the movable regions (3) so as to be able to move freely, has a far greater adsorption area as compared with the conventional products and thus is capable of more efficiently adsorbing to-be-treated substances in a fluid passing through the movable regions (3).
