Disclosed is an adjusting and stabilizing device for a photographing module, the device comprising an angle adjusting unit. The angle adjusting unit comprises: a rotating shaft; a supporting seat which can rotate around the rotating shaft and is used for being fixedly connected to an FPV photographing module; and an elastic driving element which is arranged on the rotating shaft in a sleeved manner and can drive the supporting seat to rotate, wherein the supporting seat is provided with at least two corner joint positions relative to the rotating shaft, and when the supporting seat rotates to a non-corner joint position, the elastic driving element can drive the supporting seat to rotate towards one of the at least two corner joint positions. In addition, further provided is a photographing device and a movable platform. The adjusting and stabilizing device, the photographing device and the movable platform provided in the present invention have a simple structure, and are convenient and fast to operate.
