An adjustable rolling friction supporting and guiding device suitable for a square bar is fastened to a connecting plate (4) and any side or two sides of the square bar (1). The supporting and guiding device comprises a guiding upright column (2), a plurality of rolling bearings (3), and a fastening nut (7); the guiding upright column (2) comprises an upper section (21), a middle section (24), and a lower section (22), the upper section (21) and the middle section (24) being located on the upper side surface of the connecting plate (4), and the lower section (22) being located on the lower side surface of the connecting plate (4); the plurality of rolling bearings (3) is arranged on the upper section (21) of the guiding upright column (2); and the fastening nut (7) is located above the rolling bearings (3) and is fastened to the upper section (21) of the guiding upright column (2). The supporting and guiding device reduces the friction resistance of square bar movement, realizes position adjustability of a guiding block, and effectively resolves the problem of non-adjustability of a supporting position of the square bar.
