Abstract:
Disclosed are an adipose cutter and an all-in-one machine for in-vitro fine granular adipose preparation. The adipose cutter comprises an adipose intake channel (12), an adipose output channel (22), at least one group of blades (31) arranged between an outlet of the adipose intake channel (12) and an inlet of the adipose output channel (22), and a housing for sealing a space where the outlet of the adipose intake channel (12), the inlet of the adipose output channel (22) and the blades (31) are located, wherein an adipose inlet (11) of the adipose intake channel (12) is connected to an adipose suction pipe (14); an adipose outlet (21) of the adipose output channel (22) is connected to a high-negative-pressure device; and the outlet of the adipose intake channel (12) is arranged opposite the inlet of the adipose output channel (22), and the interval therebetween matches the thickness of the blades. In a working state, cutting edges of the blades (31) penetrate a connecting line between the outlet of the adipose intake channel and the inlet of the adipose output channel so as to cut adipose granules. The all-in-one machine for in-vitro fine granular adipose preparation comprises the adipose cutter, a negative pressure generator (94), and an adipose collection tank (6). It is guaranteed that the diameter of adipose granules obtained by cutting is less than or equal to 2 mm, such that the necrosis of the center of transplanted adipose caused by overlarge granules is effectively avoided.
