Abstract:
The present invention relates to an actuator. In the present invention, a housing (10) and a housing cap (14) form the outer appearance, and a driving pin (18) is installed in an internal space (12) of the housing (10) to be movably guided by a guide (16). A cylindrical bobbin (28) having one open end portion is installed on the driving pin (18) to be integrally moved, and a coil (30) is installed on the bobbin (28). A permanent magnet (24) and an iron core (26) are stacked in the internal space (12) by the guide (16). The driving pin (18) also includes a pin iron core (34), and a pin coil (32) is installed in a groove of the pin iron core (34). The coil (30) and the pin coil (32) face the iron core (26) installed in the internal space (12). Therefore, the magnetic flux generated by one permanent magnet (24) makes the coil (30) installed on the bobbin (28) and the pin coil (32) installed in the driving pin (18) move, and thus a relatively large thrust is generated. Also, the magnetic flux from the permanent magnets (24) at opposite sides of the iron core (26) is transferred to the coil (30) and the pin coil (32) through the iron core, and thus relatively large magnetic flux can be transferred to the coil (30) and the pin coil (32) and the thrust of the drive pin (18) can be increased.
