Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an actuator and a fluid control device with which a suitable control can be achieved. [Solution] An actuator having: a control unit (33) capable of a first control in which a drive unit (50) is able to drive with a first driving force, and a second control in which the drive unit (50) is able to drive with a second driving force that is stronger than the first driving force; a movement unit (60) capable of moving in a prescribed direction; an elastic member (40) to which at least one of the first driving force and the second driving force is supplied from the drive unit (50), and which supplies force for moving the movement unit (60) to the movement unit (60); and a detection unit (32) for supplying a detection signal for detecting stopping of the drive unit (50) to the control unit (33). The control unit (33) carries out the second control when stopping of the drive unit (50) is detected subsequent to carrying out the first control.
