Abstract:
An active magnetic bearing controller construction method based on a table lookup method, comprising the following steps: establishing a finite element model of an active magnetic bearing; on the basis of a normative Kriging model, obtaining two normative Kriging prediction models, in the X-axis and Y-axis directions, of actual suspension forces of the active magnetic bearing in X-axis and Y-axis directions with respect to actual displacement eccentricities and actual control currents; establishing two model state tables of the actual suspension forces, the actual displacement eccentricities, and the actual control currents in the X-axis and Y-axis directions; respectively constructing two table lookup modules having built-in model state tables; and enabling two fuzzy adaptive PID controllers, two corresponding amplifier modules in the X-axis and Y-axis directions, the two table lookup modules, and two corresponding measurement modules in the X-axis and Y-axis directions to jointly form an active magnetic bearing controller. Thus, the accurate control of the active magnetic bearing is implemented.
