Abstract:
The present invention realizes a technique that makes it possible to reduce the amount of acidic liquid used for acidic liquid regeneration that includes adsorption agent regeneration. This regeneration device for a bath liquid regenerates an alumite bath liquid using a chelate resin to generate recovered sulfuric acid. Al3+ captured from the bath liquid by the chelate resin is replaced with hydrogen ions by an adsorption agent regeneration device. A part of the recovered sulfuric acid is used as the source of the hydrogen ion supply.
