Abstract:
This acid electrical conductivity measurement device and method and steam turbine plant comprise a measurement-impairing-substance removal device (101) for vaporizing and removing a measurement-impairing substance included in feed water (W) by heating and boiling the feed water (W), a cation exchange device (102) functioning as a cation removal device for removing cations from the feed water (W) boiled by the measurement-impairing-substance removal device (101), and a first acid electrical conductivity meter (103) for measuring the acid electrical conductivity of feed water W from which cations have been removed by the cation exchange device (102).
