The present invention characterized by being an adaptor that is produced as single piece, that ensures assembling two parallel pipes in the same direction in heating systems/hydroblock systems with its "U" shaped structure by reducing the pressure to minimum, that have a regular structure inside and cannot be produced as molded hollow in the desired size with conventional injection methods.

Claims

[Claim 1] A 2K-U adaptor that is produced as a single piece for use in heating system/hydroblock systems, characterized in that, it has “U” shaped structure so as to connect two parallel pipes in the same direction.

[Claim 2] An “U” shaped 2K-U-adaptor according to Claim 1, characterized by performing its function with minimal level of noise by means of its radius structure.

[Claim 3] An “U” shaped 2K-U-adaptor according to Claim 1, characterized in that, it is manufactured from thermoplastic raw material that ensures keeping factors such as temperature, humidity, corrosion, oxidation, hydrolysis and similar at a minimum level, and that ensures being more resistant, more robust, and long-lasting product against pressure and sealing.

[Claim 4] An “U” shaped 2K-U-adaptor according to Claim 1, characterized by being a 2K U-adaptor that is produced as a single piece, that connects two parallel pipes in the same direction with its “U” shaped structure, that performs its function with minimum level of noise by means of its radius structure, and that ensures assembling.

[Claim 5] An “U” shaped 2K-U-adaptor according to Claim 1, characterized in that, this production technology makes possible the production without comprising any sealing element of the parts suitable for the temperature and pressure requirements in the required geometry, without using as sembling methods such as ultrasonic welding, hot plate welding, laser welding.

[Claim 6] An “U” shaped 2K-U-adaptor according to Claim 1, characterized in that, it is an adaptor that is formed by coated by 2K Over- Molding method with the same raw material on grouped piece by means of grouping two different pieces with “U” shaped each other.

2K U- ADAPTOR

[0001] The subject of the present invention is an adaptor that is produced as single piece, that ensures assembling two parallel pipes in the same direction in heating systems / hydroblock systems with its "U" shaped structure by reducing the pressure to minimum, and that performs its function with minimal level of noise by means of its radius structure, and that cannot be produced as hollow inside by conventional in jections methods.

Technical Field of The Invention

[0002] The present invention is used in living space in water heater systems with intention of domestic water and central heating.

State of the Art

[0003] The components in the present heating systems are produced by combining each other with ultrasonic welding, hot plate welding, laser welding methods and/or by means of o-ring interlocking systems. This leads to hard assembling and manufacturing process by forming more complex structures, and also creates vulnerability to sealing problems at joints and welding points. In addition, the need of additional material and additional process increase.

Summary of the Invention

[0004] 2K U- adaptor of the invention is manufactured with thermoplastic raw material.

Thus, the effects of factors such as temperature, humidity, corrosion, oxidation, and hydrolysis are ensured to be kept in minimum level. Thus, according to known em bodiments of adaptor, it is ensured that it is more resistant, more durable (robust), and long-lasting product against pressure and sealing.

[0013] It is an “U” shaped 2K U- Adaptor, which is produced as a single piece, which is not possible to be produced hollow with conventional injection methods, which performs its task with the minimum level of noise by means of its radius body structure.

[0014] One of the most important technologies included in the invention is that it comprises a “U” shaped pipe and fasteners that have a regular structure inside, cannot be produced with conventional injection process methods, and not possible to be molded hollow in the desired size with conventional injection molding technologies. This production technology is a technology of producing more plain and durable pieces by the methods of multicomponent injection molding (pieces with “U” shaped geometry that cannot be produced using conventional methods and cannot be removed hollow) by producing polymers in different times. This innovative approach can be mentioned as full radius and one-piece connection bridge with 2K Over-molding technology, causing decrease of minimum pressure without the use of any welding (ultrasonic welding, hot plate welding, laser welding etc.) or O-ring blind taps.
