Abstract:
To provide a torque limiter which improves durability and has an excellent slide property in spite of a compact and high-torque type.SOLUTION: A torque limiter 1 comprises an inner ring member 10 in which a coil spring 30 is wound and held on an outer peripheral surface, and an outer ring member 20 which is disposed to cover the inner ring member 10 and to which an end of the coil spring 30 is fixed. A predetermined torque is generated between the inner ring member 10 and the outer ring member 20 by a frictional force between the inner ring member 10 and the coil spring 30. The inner ring member 10 contains polyether ketone or polyphenylene sulfide as a base material and is configured by adding a filler including carbon fibers, polytetrafluoroethylene and graphite.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
