Abstract:
To provide a bimetal type temperature sensitive valve including a SCCV mechanism and capable of enhancing the sealing property of the valve after its closure.SOLUTION: A temperature sensitive valve 1 includes a valve element 6 for opening/closing a valve port 5a, a holder 8 holding the valve element 6 at the lower end, a valve rod 10 connected to the holder 8 and moving integrally with the holder 8 in an axial direction AX, and a temperature sensitive driver 18 for driving the holder 8 according to the temperature of fluid F, the valve element 6, the holder 8, the valve rod 10, and the temperature sensitive driver 18 being stored in a body 2. The temperature sensitive valve 1 further includes a holding spring 12 mounted on the holder 8 for pushing the valve element 6 against a guide hole 8a at the lower end of the holder 8, and a temperature sensitive deformation member 40 provided in the holder 8 for imparting force to the valve element 6 in the valve closing direction when the temperature of the fluid exceeds a predetermined value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
