Abstract:
To provide a steam turbine valve drive unit which can perform a quick close motion at high reliability.SOLUTION: The steam turbine valve drive unit comprises a piston, a cylinder, a two-way pump, a servo motor, an oil storage part, a quick close dump valve and a quick close electromagnetic valve. The cylinder accommodates the piston which is arranged at an operation rod for operating a steam valve part, and is partitioned into a load-side oil chamber and an anti-load side oil chamber by the piston. The quick close dump valve is installed in a quick close oil path, and is brought into a closed state due to the supply of a working fluid to a pilot oil chamber when performing an open motion and a close motion. The quick close dump valve is brought into an open state due to the discharge of the working fluid to the oil storage part from the pilot oil chamber while bringing the quick close electromagnetic valve into a non-excitation state when performing a quick close motion, and the working fluid in the load-side oil chamber flows to the anti-load side oil chamber via the quick close oil path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
