Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated sheet for solar cell module which allows for manufacturing of a solar cell module having more excellent quality by enhancing workability and productivity furthermore when manufacturing a solar cell module, and to provide a solar cell module, and a manufacturing method of an integrated sheet for solar cell module.SOLUTION: An integrated sheet 10 for solar cell module includes a resin sheet 11 for use in a solar cell module, and a sealing resin layer 12 laminated on the resin sheet 11 and sealing a solar cell element. The resin sheet 11 has a thermal shrinkage exceeding 1.5% after being heated for 30 minutes at 150°C, and the integrated sheet 10 for solar cell module, formed by laminating the resin sheet 11 and the sealing resin layer 12, has a thermal shrinkage of 1.5% or less after being heated for 30 minutes at 150°C.
