Abstract:
To provide a magnetic gear device capable of enduring high speed rotation with high transmission efficiency while keeping large transmittable torque by non-contact.SOLUTION: In a magnetic gear device, the magnetic gear device 10a has two rotators (rotors) having a plurality of permanent magnets, and a magnetic piece body disposed between the rotators and having a plurality of magnetic pieces composed of a soft magnetic material, and transmits rotation by modulating magnetic flux of each magnetic pole number ratio by the magnetic pieces. Two rotators are composed of laminates of the soft magnetic material, permanent magnets 26b of the outer rotator (outer ring magnetic gear) 26 having much pole number are positioned by a flange 26f disposed on an outer yoke 26a at equal intervals on an inner peripheral surface of the rotator in the form that the magnets adjacent to each other have polarities different from each other (so-called SPM type magnetic arrangement structure), and permanent magnets 14b of an inner ring magnetic gear 14 are embedded inside of the rotator in the form that the permanent magnets adjacent to each other have polarities different from each other (so-called IPM type magnetic arrangement structure).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
