Abstract:
To provide a liquid pressure-feeding device capable of preventing occurrence of water hammer.SOLUTION: A liquid pressure-feeding device 1 pressurizes liquid W stored in a container 2 by using driving fluid F caused to flow into the container 2 and discharges the liquid to outside of the container 2. The liquid pressure-feeding device 1 includes: a liquid inflow port 4 for causing the liquid W to flow into the container 2; a liquid outflow port 6 for discharging the liquid W in the container 2 to outside of the container 2; an inflow side check valve 12 opening/closing the liquid inflow port 4; an outflow side check valve 14 opening/closing the liquid outflow port 6; and a backflow prevention mechanism 40 inhibiting the driving fluid F in the container 2 from reaching the inflow side check valve 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
