Abstract:
To provide an illuminating device that allows a structure to be simplified by reducing the number of components of a fixing mechanism for fixing a cover to a main frame.SOLUTION: An illuminating device 1 comprises a main frame 2, a light source 5, a power source unit 10, a cover 4, and a fixing mechanism for fixing the cover 4 to the main frame 2. The fixing mechanism comprises packing 8 fitted to an insertion hole 41 of the cover 4, a cover fixing bolt 7 inserted into the insertion hole 41, and a plurality of metal fittings 6 attached in the main frame 2. The packing 8 comprises a flange part 81, a cylindrical part 82, and a protruding part 83. A shaft part of the cover fixing bolt 7 has a stepped shape comprising a large-diameter part 73a and a small-diameter part 73b. The outside diameter of the large-diameter part 73a is slightly larger than the inside diameter of the cylindrical part 82. The inside diameter of a bolt hole 65 formed in the metal fittings 6 is smaller than the outside diameter of the large-diameter part 73a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
