To provide a leakage prevention device which can prevent leakage from a flange joint and inhibit occurrence of damage of a pipe wall of a pipe conduit formation member extending in a pipe axis direction.SOLUTION: A leakage prevention device includes an attachment member 11 comprising an elastic member 4 which seals over outer peripheries of flange joints 78, 89 and fitting members 5 each having a seat part which houses the elastic member 4 and fitted on the flange joints 78, 89. The attachment member 11 is attached to the flange joint 78 at one side end part of a pipe conduit formation member 8 and a flange joint 89 at the other side end part and includes connection members 13 which connect the attachment members 11, 11. The attachment member 11 has inhibition parts 59 which prevent falling from the flange joints 78, 89 when the attachment members 11 are connected by the connection members 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
