Abstract:
To provide a motor valve capable of stabilizing the flow of fluid to reduce noise.SOLUTION: Since a first silencer member 7 arranged in a flow path from a communication path 421 to a sub-valve port 41a has a density higher than that of a second silencer member 8 arranged in a flow path from the sub-valve port 41a to a main valve port 23a, air bubbles are subdivided by the first silencer member 7 to reduce noise, and fluid flowing out of the sub-valve port 41a passes through the low-density second silencer member 8, so that fluid is less likely to stagnate when passing through the second silencer member 8. Therefore, it is possible to stabilize the flow of fluid to reduce noise.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
