Abstract:
To accurately output a leakage amount of steam in a steam trap of which type is different from that of a certain steam trap.SOLUTION: A diagnostic device 1 outputs a leakage amount of steam in a steam trap including a first steam trap and a second steam trap of which type is different from that of the first steam trap. The diagnostic device includes: a sensor 11 outputting an analog signal indicating vibration of the second steam trap; an amplifier circuit 12 amplifying an output signal from the sensor 11 at a constant gain; an AD converter 20 converting the output signal from the amplifier circuit 12 into a digital signal; an amplification section 40 amplifying the output signal from the AD converter 20 at a ratio of a vibration value when vibration is saturated in the first steam trap to a vibration value when the vibration is saturated in the second steam trap; a conversion section 60 converting the vibration value of the second steam trap indicated by the output signal from the amplification section 40 into a steam leakage amount in the second steam trap; and output sections 14-17 outputting the steam leakage amount in the second steam trap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
