A four-joint link is constituted of two joints Q1 and Q2 provided on a scattering preventive cover 7, the two joints Q3 and Q4 furnished on a strut 15 erected on a base 2, a first link 16 connecting one joint Q1 on the cover 7 and one joint Q3 on the strut 15 and a second link 17 connecting the other joint Q2 on the cover 7 and the other joint Q4 on the strut 15. The cover 7 is made movable between the housing attitude that the outer face of the cover 7 is positioned below and inside the upper end of a tab 6 and the installation position that the lower end edge of the cover 7 is positioned closely to the upper end of the tab 6.
