To maintain a radius of curvature larger than a prescribed value for an optical fiber even though electrical wires are bent with a small angle, by guiding an optical fiber with a sag more than that of other electric wires.
A wire harness 1 comprises an optical fiber 3 having a sag relative to a group of electric wires. First, protective covers 5c, 5c' of a protector main body portion 5 are opened and a wire harness 1 is housed. In this case, the optical fiber 3 is taken out from notched windows and housed along a guide portion 7. Thereafter, the protective covers 5c, 5c' are closed, a tape 8 is wound and the optical fiber 3 is fixed by bands 7b, 7b'. The protector housing the wire harness 1 as stated above is bent by aligning the folding and bending line P with a boundary line between walls A and B. The curvature of the optical fiber 3 is eased by the sag and moreover protected by the guide portion 7, thereby preventing its breakage.
