Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness not generating excessive taping and unevenness in dimensional measurement, and excellent in an assembly operation in the case of having a plurality of branch portions, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: In a wire harness W, a branch part binding sheet 41 having a trunk line part Wt and a plurality of adhesive branch side sheet parts 45 wound around branch line parts b1 and b2 is mounted on a branch part Wb of a wire bundle Wa. The branch part binding sheet 41 is formed of a main sheet part 44 in a first radius R1 from a portion where a center hole 43 corresponding to a flexure inside center location Po of wires in the branch part Wb, and a plurality of branch side sheet parts 45 connected thereby. The plurality of branch side sheet parts 45 have a base end part 45a extending in the outside direction of radiation from the main sheet part 44, and a widened part 45b widened in the circumferential direction of the main sheet part 44 to the base end part 45a on a second radius side larger than the first radius R1, and the main sheet part 44 is positioned on one surface side of the branch part Wb.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
