To provide a mechanism to preserve a wine efficiently for a long period at a reasonable expense by using the minimum space.
A wine in an opened bottle is preserved by introducing an inert gas through a seal to seal the bottle opened beforehand. An adaptor seals the bottle and the inert gas is ejected into the bottle through the seal from a detachable gas supplying part. The gas supplying part is fixed to the adaptor in an airtight way and the adaptor seals the wine bottle in an airtight way. The gas supplying part is detached from the adaptor and can be used together with other adaptor to preserve other wine bottle and on the other hand each adaptor seals the inert gas in each wine bottle until the wine in a specified bottle is consumed again.
