Abstract:
To prevent destruction of a gear reduction unit when an overload is applied in a cylindrical coreless motor with a built-in reduction mechanism composed of a plurality of gears that transmits a rotational motion of a rotor rotating in a circumferential direction of a fixed shaft to an outer ring in a radial direction outside the rotor.SOLUTION: A rotor is divided into a rotor body located on the outer side in a radial direction and a rotor holder located on the inner side in the radial direction of the rotor body, and the rotor body and the rotor holder are freely combined with each other. In an engaged state in which they are engaged, they rotate as one, and when the engaged state is released, the rotor body rotates freely with respect to the rotor holder. In a reduction mechanism, a final output inner gear located on the outermost side in the radial direction and an outer ring are freely combined with each other. In the engaged state in which they are engaged, they rotate as one, and when the engaged state is released, the outer ring freely rotates with respect to the final output inner gear. When a load exceeding a predetermined strength is received in the circumferential direction, the engaged state is released, and when the received load is lower than the predetermined strength, the engaged state is restored.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
