Abstract:
To provide: a wear resistant coating film capable of maintaining excellent wear resistance over a long term even when repeating wear; a method for manufacturing the same; and a wear resistance member.SOLUTION: A wear resistant coating film 10 includes a cushion layer 5, a plating layer 11, a plurality of particles 12 and a coat layer 13. In the wear resistant coating film 10, the cushion layer 5, the plating layer 11 and the coat layer 13 are laminated in this order; the plurality of particles 12 are arranged on the cushion layer 5; one ends of the plurality of particles 12 are held by the cushion layer 5 and the plating layer 11; the coat layer 13 is formed so as to cover the plurality of particles 12 and the surface of the plating layer 11; and the cushion layer 5 is formed of a material softer than the plating layer 11 and the coat layer 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
